Damages and issues

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect order, please don't hesitate to get in touch within 14 days of receiving your item. To expedite the process, kindly provide a photo of the damaged item along with your message. While we don't offer refunds for change of mind, we're more than happy to help with exchanges for damaged or faulty items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Just keep in mind that return postage costs are covered by the customer. Your happiness means everything to us, so please reach out if you need any assistance or have any concerns. We're here to make things right!


Processing Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
